Potatoes

8 large boiled potatoes, cooled & cubed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pint sour cream
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions with tops
potato chips
cornflakes

Mix together potatoes, soup, sour cream, margarine, cheese and onions. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with potato chips and cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

[Handwritten, not in Ada's handwriting. Clearly, this is an early prototype of funeral potatoes. You will have to figure out how much potato chips and cornflakes you want to use, and what size baking pan, though 9x13 is quite typical for this sort of thing.]
