Nasturtium Canapes

4 thin slices whole wheat or brown bread
3 Tbsp butter at room temperature
1 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
4 large nasturtium blossoms, washed and minced

Spread each bread slice evenly with butter, then spread thickly with softened cream cheese. Sprinkle minced blossoms evenly over cheese, then cut each slice into 4 squares.

Makes 16 canapes.

[Newspaper clipping. Yes, edible flowers. Enjoy.]
