Arabic Bread Crisps

1 package pita or Arabic bread
butter or margarine
garlic salt
sesame seeds
celery seed

Cut each Arabic bread in half and separate. Slice pie shapes out of each half that has been separated. Spread each piece with margarine or butter and sprinkle with garlic salt, celery seed and sesame seeds. Put on baking sheet in a 350-degree oven and bake until golden brown and crisp. Store in a tight container to retain crispness. This replaces crackers or chips in almost any instance.
