Cottage Dressing

from Era

1 1/2 c cottage cheese
1/4 c dairy sour cream
1 1/2 T lemon juice
1 t sugar
dash of salt

Blend in blender. This dressing is delicious served over a green salad or just topping a wedge of lettuce.

["From Era"? presumably The Improvement Era, the predecessor to The Ensign. That would make this recipe from the 1960s or earlier. Another clue: the wedge of lettuce, a salad concept from about the same time period.]
