Creamy Blue-Cheese Dressing

1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon grated onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper

In small bowl blend well all ingredients. Refrigerate. Makes about 1 1/3 cups.
